I can’t say enough good things about Ruff Tales. From the moment I walked in, I felt Coco would be in safe and loving hands. They treated her like part of their own family, and the owner, Oscar, and his wife as well as personnel has been nothing but amazing—always helpful, attentive, and willing to accommodate whatever Coco needs. Finding this place has made such a difference, and I’m truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.
Ruff Tales is the best! I boarded my dogs over Christmas break, and they were fantastic. My dogs are always so happy to go! They love the daycare and spending time with other dogs. Ruff Tales is a great company that will take the best care of your dogs.
Oscar and the Ruff Tales family is an amazing team; definitely recommend for all types of breeds. Our family dog Ace who is a 4-year-old exotic bulldog went to training for 6 weeks. Some obedience issues but Oscar not only gave us knowledge of how to handle our dog but also knowledge of the breed as well as training methods that suits our pup. Thank you again for everything! Best investment we did for our dog.
I would never have believed 5 weeks ago that this was possible. My daughter’s sweet rescue Kai was SO unpredictable around other dogs. Taking him out was nerve racking every time because we didn’t know who we would encounter. Ruff Tales was recommended to us by our friend and Oscar (owner & trainer) gave himself the challenge that at the end of his 4-week training we would all go down for dinner in City Centre. I was skeptical. I was wrong. HIGHLY recommend…if he can do this, he can do anything!!
We absolutely love bringing our pets to Ruff Tales. We originally brought the dogs to be trained by Oscar, and have boarded them several times over the years. We recently got a kitten too and have also boarded her twice. The dogs have a blast at Doggy Daycare. And the kitten gets plenty of snuggles and attention.
Took a chance on this place and booked a grooming appointment for my pup, who I like groomed in a very specific way as she’s a super mutt, and Marissa did so so good! Besides that, everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely nice, and now we’re looking into continuing here and potentially boarding our pups in the future!
My Bailey went into training with Oscar as wild, disobedient, would not load in our truck, biting and growling at everyone. After the three-training program with him, she is a completely different dog. She minds us, listens to us, doesn’t growl or bite now and she flies in and out of our vehicles. I cannot praise this place enough. I 100% recommend Oscar the owner. The employees are nice and helpful. Every time I asked about Bailey while she was there I got answers right away. It was worth every penny to have her trained by such professional trainers.
My dogs love daycare here. I lodge them when I am on vacation, and they are well looked after. The staff are very experienced and love all the animals, even the hard to handle like my Babygirl. The fact that they also house rescues waiting for adoption makes it important to me to support them. Their training is the best. The rescue I volunteer at used them on difficult cases and it was awesome to see hard dogs turn around enough to stay with their families.
